Recruitment support of graduates from top-tier universities in the Philippines
Amon renders a recruitment support of graduates from top-tier universities in the Philippines for Japanese Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) which look for highly skilled international students in order to enter into the Southeast Asia.
Several blue chip Japanese companies regard Philippines as a hub in supplying human resources and have trained youngsters for seaman for transport ship, service engineer of construction equipment, technical engineer of ship-yard and IT engineer because they aim to leverage both their commands of English, cheaper labor cost and willingness to work outside Philippines.
"Under the government’s Japan Revitalization Strategy 2014, the Cabinet Office says it’s keen to attract highly skilled international students in order to boost the country’s global competitiveness and to revitalize the economy."
"A labor ministry survey conducted in fall 2013 found 52 percent of 1,775 small and midsize Japanese companies that responded are positive in hiring international students, hoping such workers can boost their global development."
